Permanent Jewelry FAQ
What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a custom-fitted chain (bracelet, anklet, or necklace) that’s welded together with a quick, painless “zap” instead of a clasp. It’s designed to be worn every day as a symbol of connection, celebration, or simply your personal style.
Does it hurt?
Not at all! The process is completely painless. The “zap” only touches the metal, never your skin.
How long does it last?
With proper care, your permanent jewelry can last for years. It’s designed to stay on daily, but if needed, it can be removed easily with scissors.
What if I need to take it off?
No problem! If you ever need to remove it (for surgery, medical procedures, or personal reasons), simply cut the chain at the welded link. Save your chain and we can re-weld it for a small fee.
Can I wear it through airport security?
Yes! TSA doesn’t require jewelry removal, so your permanent piece won’t cause any issues during travel.
What if my jewelry breaks or stretches?
Life happens! If your chain breaks, bring it back to us with the chain intact and we’ll re-weld it for free within 30 days or for a small reattachment fee after.
What types of chains do you offer?
We carry a curated selection of sterling silver and 14k gold-filled chains in a variety of styles, from dainty classics to trendy statement links.
Is it safe for kids?
We recommend permanent jewelry for ages 10 and up. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Can I host a private party?
Absolutely! We love bringing sparkle to birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorettes, girls’ nights, and corporate events. We’ll come to your venue with everything needed for a fun, memorable experience.
How do I care for my permanent jewelry?
Gently clean your piece with mild soap and water or a polishing cloth to keep it shiny. Avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine, bleach, or strong cleaning agents.
What if I change my mind after getting it?
While permanent jewelry is designed to be long-lasting, you can cut it off anytime. Keep in mind that removal is final unless you’d like us to re-weld it back on.
